My Story
I’ve always been fascinated by the power of great storytelling and compelling communication, the idea that with the right setting and message, you can reach almost anyone to make a real difference.
It doesn’t need to be complicated either. Coming from a rural background in County Offaly to spend my professional career in Dublin, working as a journalist, documentary maker, podcast producer and Health Correspondent for RTÉ, I’ve learned that the most impactful messages are often the simplest.
That’s what I love to share with my clients, whether that’s through media consultancy or training courses; it doesn’t need to be difficult. Navigating the media, getting your message heard, and connecting with people is much easier when you have the right tools and a clear message.
